  1. On Sunday I visited Dreamz Infra office north office and visited their site in HBR Layout, it was nicely located near the main road close to BDA complex and well communicated. The land is registered for construction work and the price is very low compare to the location. I booked a three BHK here and I hope my decision is good and cost saving.

    1. Have you checked all documents? Like DC, Sale Deed and whether it is in Khata A or B. On what basis you are so sure on it?

    2. Hi Sir, don't worry about the documents and approvals, Dreamz Infra peoples are very professional at work. There is a crystal clear deal. I was booked a 2 BHK flat in prelaunch, now it is in good construction swing. They are requlary updating the information about the project status.

      This HBR property is located in a good residential area so approvals for construction work is not a problem. Talking about sales deed, yes I have checked the sales deed its clearly mentioned that Dreamz Infra owns this property. After my second payment I have visited their office once and asked to see this so I am clear enough on regards to the property. I don't think Anandita or I made any wrong decision.

  2. 25 Lakh for 2 BHK is awesome and unbilievable price as per the location. HBR Layout is a demanding residential place in north Bangalore and people will pay anything to grad property here. This pre-launched property can make anyone lucky because the price is no where in comparison. Once the construction is finished I don't think anyone will sell their flat below 50 Lakh.

  3. It was unbelievable when I saw this add., immediately I rushed into their office with doubts and I met sales manager at Hennur office. They cleared all my doubts with a patience and explained about the pre-launch projects. and also they provided a cab to visit their modular flat and their existing customers. Now I decided to book a flat at Shikar project at HBR layout.

  4. The places like Sarjapura, HSR Layouts, Koramangala and Jp Nagar are the most demanded residential places of Bangalore. People will pay anything to avail a residential place here. Also the monthly rental demand is highest in these areas. The prices Dreamz infra is offering for their flats is nothing in comparison to the demands. People need to more aware of this opportunities.

  5. Dreamz Shikhar is really a hottest one from them, as per its location and price this project pulls maximum customer towards their office. Few days back I had booked one flat here and I think that day more than 10 customers has booked there. The location was supper and its pre launched so the price is also very low. I loved the project and there is doubt on it so I booked it.

    1. I feel if anyone is looking for investment puporse in north bangalore then he should search location near manyata tech park. Lots of builders are coming with big projects here and this place will give a good return for rental business. Invest in any pre launched property here because after two and half year the value of this area can't be imagined.

  6. I came across with this builder long before a year when I booked in Dreamz Sneh. Anyone looking for flats and if they came across with builders then they must know how much it cost to book a flat in Marthahalli. Within few months it will be completed and the price of the flat beyond our expectations. I never booked it for investment but after comparing the neighbor flats prices I am thinking to sale it after it completion and again I will invest with a new pre launched project with dreamz infra.

    1. Yes mine also same experience with Dreamz infra. I was booked flat in Dreamz sampoorna projects its also one of the Luxurius project of Dreamz Infra. I booked 2 BHK flat here 3 months before. Now it is in construction swing and now it costs around double compare to the prelaunch price. So now I'm planning to invest in other Dreamz's prelaunch projects.

  7. Dreamz Shikhar is located at very finest place and it is very near, just walkable distance from the BDA complex. It is very affordable price too. These only the builder can do this such great thing for such great affordable price at HBR layout. So I booked a 2 BHK flat without making a delay.

  8. It's awesome I wasn't expected that price by the Dreamz GK. As-usually like other people I went to their office with lot of doubts about their price. There I discussed with their sales team they were explained everything about their project and price. Even I saw their projects. They are all located at prime locations.

  9. Look for any property at any location I am sure Dreamz Infra has the lowest price with all amenities. If you compare their all 40 plus projects than you will realize how they budgeted their flats 40% less than the current market price.

  10. Hi Mukhtar, I visited their Project site at tanisandhra. It is very nice locality and it has a good connectivity. But their price for the 2 BHK is 23 lakhs only it is very affordable price compare to the location. So what is strategy behind this for giving this lower price.

  11. Pre launched projects in outer Bangalore is the best option for investment. Locations like Whitefield, Horamavu, Electronic City, Hosa Road are the place where you can easily find apartments at low price now which you can sell in a good price after few years. So if anyone is investing on pre launched project than by the completion of the project he can sell it as a new flat with a good profit margin.
