    2. Depends on the Builder also, this prices will differ from each other. For example in whitefield location you can get a flat in the budget of 30 Lakhs from other builder, but if you go with any brand named builder like Brigade or Prestige, same flat will costs like around 85 Lakhs.

  8. Now these prices are changed a lot in the market. The areas around North Bangalore like Hebbal and Nagavara are getting more demand for flats. On the other side there is a huge requirement for the residential projects in North Bangalore surrounding areas.

  10. If you observe those price ranges of different locations, it is clear that other than Indiranagar, all the north Bangalore locations are having the high price ranges compare to South Bangalore. Because of availability of Metro in Bangalore Indiranagar prices are very high.With this people will get a clear picture of what location they need to select for the affordable price ranges.

  11. I am not able to visit dreamz infra office but certainly I visited dreamz sumadhura project once with my friend, I am quite happy with the location and accessibility of the site. Although knowing about the discounts and offers I was not able to book it or visit your office. Here I just wanted to ask that “Is there any online option where I can book a flat in this project?”
