  1. After meeting with the landowner all my doubts regarding the projected land were cleared, I had a discussion on the future prospects of the land development. Now I am pretty clear about Dreamz Suparichit project and I am going to book a flat here.

    1. Hi Srikanth, this is Mani I'm also quite interested in Suparchit. I had discussed with the existing customer, but I haven't discussed with the landlord. Because I don't have much knowledge on realty market, so please inform when you're going to book the flat.

  2. This was a proper transparent real estate buying experience for me; I went to see their completed project, met with their satisfied customers. Visit the original land owner of the project discussed if any dispute is there in between the land developer and him. Even though the price of the property was lower than the market price still with my negotiation I got few discount on the top of my deal.
